It's been almost a year; I still think of you frequently.  You were a good, good man.  I am so happy that I had the opportunity to serve with you.

I have known Ken as a citizen of East Hampton, who would obtain burning permits on a regular basis to care for the land that was his home and he loved, for over eight years. I believe I saw him on the day of his passing (or very closely there about) to pull a burning permit for the tree trimming. He was always  a pleasure to see. He was happy, and it was evident, right up to the end. I will miss him and think of him often. My prayers are with you.

He was a great guy and joyful coworker. Talking with Ken as part of my work day always made the day a happy day. He will truly be missed....

Kenneth and I served in the same battalion in the Connecticut Army National Guard.  Within a short period of time, he was assigned to the Headquarters Detachment where I was the Operations Officer.  He worked out of my section as the Intelligence Officer.  As I reflect on this, I realize that he was assigned to the perfect position for a person with his abilities.  He was an extremely intelligent and very serious officer who always strove to do all assignments to the highest standards of performance.  I felt so blessed and comfortable to have him work for me because I knew his character.  Failure to him was never an option.  He was a hard worker and I truly believe that all who had the opportunity to serve with him would say the very same things about him.  He was also a very pleasant person to be with both on and off duty.  I am so sorry that I never expressed these things to him when he was with us.  I feel as though I have lost a young brother.  My most sincerest condolences to his family.  Feel proud that you have a family member who will always be honored by the men he served with.  He proved himself to be a soldier's soldier.  Ken, I will never forget you.  Major Francis

Working with Mr White at the Department of Corrections he worked tirelessly to complete tasks assigned to him. Project requests to blue print drawing to project bidding process to staff work assignments and final acceptance Ken
stuck to it till the end.
His professionalism was a credit to Facilities Management and Engineering and The Dept. of Corrections.
Ken will be sadly missed , my sympathy to his family and friends.
God Bless the honorable Kenneth L. White.

Our sincerest condolences go to the loved ones of Ken White.  Ken was a kind, smart, adventurous and fearless friend and a lot of fun to be around.  We will miss his beautiful smile and humor, not to mention his quirky sense of music (Warren Zevon). Rest in Peace, friend....
