I knew Cathy through her friendship with my sister Gerri and "hanging out" in Dover, NJ.  She never had anything unpleasant to say and always seemed to know exactly who she was.  A truly good soul.  I'm sorry to hear that she passed.  May she rest well.

Steve and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I have known Cathy for a very long time at Aetna. She was my supervisor a long ago time.  I truly believe Cathy was one of the better supervisors I had at Aetna.  She was also a fun person to be around socially after work.  She was dedicated to everything she believed in. She will be sorely missed. May she rest in peace. God Bless.

"Thank you for being a friend" - theme from one of Cathy's favorite TV shows about women supporting other women. Cathy was a dear friend from my first day at Aetna, 37 years ago.  She was always kind-hearted and genuinely cared about each person's well-being professionally as well as personally. We remained friends all these years. She will be missed by many people. My condolences to Stephen, Lana and the family.

I am deeply saddened by the news of Cathy's passing.  Some of my earliest memories and certainly influences at Aetna (starting in 1983) involve Cathy.  She was a friend and mentor.  I was naïve and she guided me.  When I was troubled, she counseled me.  When I celebrated successes, she celebrated!  Ah, the fond memories of those celebrations!  My heart goes out to Lena and all of Cathy's family.  I only hope that some of the fondest memories of her contributions to life, family and friends help to ease the pain.  Deepest condolences.

On behalf of past members of the East Hampton Junior Women's Club that were active during Cathy's volunteer time with the club, I want to express my sincere sympathies to Cathy's husband and family.  We have such fond memories of working side by side with Cathy for the benefit of our community.  She was always quick to offer her house for our board meetings, brought the best snacks to our meetings, and added a professional yet humorous tone to all of the committee work she so aptly performed.  Her genuineness will be missed in this world.

I did not know Cathy but allot of my colleagues did.  As an Aetnaoid, I heard wonderful things about her.  I have to say, the Obituary was the most beautiful I have ever read.  I wish Cathy's light would have shined on me.  Heaven just got a little brighter.
