Novalee Gross Obituary

Novalee A. (Leonard) Gross, 56, of Moodus, beloved wife of Harvey Gross passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday Aug. 17, 2021. Born Feb. 6, 1965 in Hartford she was the daughter of the late Carol and Florence (Toosley) Leonard. Novalee had worked for many years as a CNA at several nursing facilities including Chestelm Health and Rehab in Moodus and Apple Rehab in Old Saybrook. Besides her husband of 12 years Harvey, she is survived by her son Harvey Leonard of Moodus, daughters Ann M. Dee of NC, Christina Gross of ME, Elizabeth Echevarria of Moodus and Rose Echevarria of Centerbrook, her brothers Clifford, George and Kenneth Groder all of ME, and her 4 beloved grandchildren. She was predeceased by her two sisters Wanita Leonard and Rose Groder. Friends may call at the Spencer Funeral Home 112 Main St East Hampton on Friday September3rd from 6:00PM until 8:00PM.
