Myrtle Marie (Everett) Steinmiller

Myrtle M. (Everett) Steinmiller, 89, passed away Monday, July 24, 2023. Born on July 20, 1934 in East Hampton, CT, daughter of the late William and Florence Everett.  She lived in Andover for several years having formerly resided in Hebron for 23 years where she raised her eight children.  She was the co-owner of the Eating Place in Vernon.  She is pre-deceased by her loving husband of 54 years in October 2006, Ward W. Steinmiller, Sr. and her grandson in September 1992, Samuel E. Putnam.  She is survived by her eight children.  Paul W. Steinmiller and wife Debbie of Colchester, Ward W. Stimson and husband Tedd of East Hampton, Linda Steinmiller-Putnam and husband Eliot of Shelburne, VT, Karl Steinmiller and wife Deborah of Port St. Lucie, FL, 10 grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 11 step great grandchildren. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Memorial donations in Myrtle’s name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
