Mark Cooper

Mark Cooper, 61, of Moodus and formerly of East Hampton, beloved husband of Karen (Forbes) Cooper died Thursday November 29th at his home. Born Oct. 7, 1957 in Waterbury he was the son of Marianne (Zeller) Cooper and the late Raymond E. Cooper. Mark had worked as a sheet metal Engineer for Pratt & Whitney and Electric boat before his illness. He enjoyed fishing and boating and loved working on boats and boat motors. Besides his wife and mother he is survived by his son Shane Cooper and wife Samantha of Windsor Locks, step sons Mark Robinson of Moodus , Mike Robinson of Portland, a brother Raymond Cooper of FL, sister Joanne Cooper of WA,  grandchildren Sakina, Bailey, Angela, Zoey, and Evan. Friends may call at the Spencer Funeral Home on Wednesday Dec. 5th from 6:00PM until 8:00PM. Burial will be private.
