Kristofor Frank Wiese

Kristofor (Kris) Frank Wiese, 44, passed suddenly but peacefully into eternity at home on November 4, 2022, following several years of medical struggles. He was born on July 27, 1978 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He spent his early years participating in activities such as little league, boy scouts, chess, and band. He especially enjoyed playing tennis with his dad and received 2 tennis trophies as a high school freshman. Kris was predeceased by his father, Curtis Wiese, both sets of grandparents Helen and Larry Lawson and Edith and Clarence (Boots) Wiese, and several cousins. He will be greatly missed by his mother, Susan Rissanen, his two sisters, Tanya (and Mike) Robillard and Cynthia Wiese, niece and nephew, Megan and Joshua Suedkamp, a grandnephew, Oaklee Fisher, numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, and special friends including his best friends, Tom and Ryun. Kris possessed an unusually kind heart and brilliant mind. He enjoyed spending time with family and could not be beat on game nights. After high school he lived in New Mexico for 3 years, where he attended Albuquerque Technical School, before coming to Connecticut in 2000. He took several memorable trips with family and friends, including a whale watching adventure and trips to Florida and back to Minnesota. Kris was the go-to guy for help with anything technology-related and took special interest in cars and all types of animals.

A memorial service will be held at the Spencer Funeral home, 112 Main Street, East Hampton, CT Friday, November 11, 2022, with visiting time starting at noon and the service at 1:00.
