Kristen Hubbard

Kristen Hubbard, 52, of East Hampton, passed away peacefully on Saturday March 27th at Middlesex Hospice. Born August 1, 1968 in Binghamton, NY , she was the daughter of Marsha (Fish) Hubbard of East Hampton and the late Ray Hubbard. Kristen loved bringing fun, comfort and joy to the residents of the then Riverview Children’s Hospital in Middletown where she worked for 20 years. Years later she would greet members and guests at the V.F.W. in East Hampton with a smile, a funny story or a joke. She was always ready to help a friend in need. She learned the love of sports from her Dad and it didn’t matter who won as long as everyone had a good time.

In addition to her mother, Kristen is survived by her brother Reid Hubbard and his wife Jill and two terrific nieces, Jodi and Sophia, all of Georgia. Friends may call for a walk thru wake on Thursday April 1st from 4:00PM until 7:00PM at the Spencer Funeral Home 112 Main St. East Hampton. Please wear a mask and maintain social distancing. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
