John McCormick Obituary

John B. McCormick, 79, of East Hampton passed away peacefully at his home on Friday Feb. 4th. Born in New York on Aug. 24, 1942 he was the son of the late Ralph and Gladys Dahlquist.

John proudly served his country in the U.S. Airforce having been stationed in Alaska. He was retired from AT&T where he worked as an Electronic Technician. He enjoyed hiking and was a member of the Meshomasic Hiking Club. He flew radio controlled airplanes and was a member of the R.C. Prop Busters in Salem. He had been a Boy Scout Troop Leader.
