JoAnne B. (Borriello) Picard

JoAnne B. Picard, 69, of Marlborough, beloved wife of Kenneth Picard passed away Tuesday June 2, 2026, at Middlesex Hospital. Born July 23, 1956, in Meriden, CT, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Evelyn (Charest) Borriello. JoAnne had worked as a teacher for the Meriden School System until her retirement. She loved horses and was a member of the 4-H horse program. She was a co-leader with the Marlborough Tails and Trails youth horse group. Besides her husband Ken, she is survived by her son Neil Picard and his wife Kristen of South Glastonbury, her daughter Wendy Stout of NC, her brother William Borriello and his wife Verna of Meriden and her three beloved grandchildren Brianna, Teagan and Eddie. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hartford County 4-H Camp 247 South Rd. Marlborough, CT 06447 or to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
