Henry Michael Bogan Sr. 83, of Moodus, beloved husband of Gail (Robida) Bogan passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday Sept. 25th. Born Sept. 18, 1942 in Middletown, he was the son of the late Stanley and Antoinette (Simal) Bogan. Henry was a lifelong resident of Moodus and proudly served his country in the National Guard. Henry was employed as a Coordinator for the R.R. Donnelly and Sons printing company for over 40 years. After his retirement he worked at the Nathan Hale Pharmacy in Moodus for 15 years. He was a communicant of St. Bridget Church and was a lifelong Boston Red Sox Fan and an avid fisherman. Besides his wife Gail he is survived by his son Henry “Hank” Bogan and his wife Suzanne of Florida, his grandson Cody, his nephew Ryan Bogan and his three great grandsons.
Friends may call at the Spencer Funeral Home 112 Main St. East Hampton on Thursday Oct. 2nd from 10AM until 12 noon. A funeral service will be held at 11:30AM.
