Elsie Woike Becker, 97, of Middle Haddam, widow of Joseph Becker Jr., passed away peacefully on Wednesday Oct. 22nd  with Bonnie, her daughter and caretaker of many years , by her side. Elsie had a kind and generous heart, and having lived through the Great Depression, was always concerned about those in need.
