David Bradley Newberg

David Bradley Newberg, 65, of Ellington, lifetime love of Lynne (Wilson) Newberg passed away Monday August 27th at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. Born March 6, 1953 in Hartford, he was the son of Patricia (Newberg) Clarke and the late Warren Roy Newberg. David was a member of the Rockville Fish and Game Club and a past member of C.A.R.P. Rowing Club. Besides his wife Lynne he is survived by his sister Polly Silva and husband Stephen of East Hartford, a brother John Newberg and wife Darlene of Vernon, half sister Suzan Rudnicki and husband Karl of ME, nieces and nephews Bruce, Michael, Joshua, Courtney, Tiffany, Marco, Karla, Windy, Reece, Sarah, Chris, Tim and Kate.  He was predeceased by a brother Bruce Newberg. We will miss Dave’s beautiful blue eyes and his propensity for enthusiastic conversation.  He proudly served in the Navy on the USS Austin.   Friends and family may call at the Spencer Funeral Home 112 Main St. East Hampton on Friday August 31st from 6:00PM until 8:00PM. A brief  Funeral Service will be held at 8:00PM.
