Dear Barbara

I was shocked to read in the Meriden Record that Dave had passed away. It seems like only yesterday that we all were together at Corey's house to celebrate Lauren and Marie's 50th wedding anniversary. Ron and I are so sorry for your loss. May God give you the strength and courage to get through this most difficult time.    Beth and Ron elatzky

Barbara and family,

Our club dancers were thinking of Dave at our square dance workshop tonight. Dave was remembered for his "ladder work" with the progressive square at the various Connecticut Square Dance Festivals. From time to time Dave would also be a substitute instructor for our Wednesday night class in Old Saybrook. All together, I think Dave was involved with the activity for close to fifty years, not only as a square dance caller but also as an organizer.  He touched so many lives in so many different ways. We will all miss him.
