Christopher Allen Obituary

Christopher Thomas Allen (Toph), 45, passed away unexpectedly June 23, 2020 at home. He was born November 25, 1974 to Thomas and Laura (Chamis) Allen of East Hampton. Chris graduated from East Hampton High School, class of 1993. Following graduation he held 1st in his class at Porter & Chester Institute studying Computer Technology. He served 2nd in his class in the U.S. Navy on board the U.S.S. Carl Vincent.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his sister Heather Allen-Twiss, his pride and joy his three children, Jacob and Caleb Allen, their mother Jennifer Namm and his daughter Zoey Allen, and her mother Rachel Greika-Henry. He also leaves to mourn his very special cousins Jamie Chamis- Geuser, Naomi Landry, Cassandra Chamis, many special aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and his dearest childhood friend Ross Williamson.

Chris brought insurmountable joy and laughter. A heart of gold and full of love is how he will be remembered. Golfing, softball, family and friends where Chris’s true passions. Although Chris was taken from us far too soon, he lived quite the adventure. A service of remembrance will be held at a later date.
