Amy Baumann Obituary

Amy Ann Baumann, 46, of Colchester, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Hartford Hospital. Born in Staten Island, NY, Amy was raised in West Hartford since the age of 7. As a child, she danced with the Hartford Ballet and was featured in the lead role as Clara in The Nutcracker. Amy was a graduate of Hall High school, class of 1994, and Roger Williams University, class of 1998, where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science with a minor in Dance. Amy is survived by her parents Daniel and Diane Baumann, her sister Deanna Carr, her grandmother Antoinette Asdahl and her partner Martin Curtis. Amy also leaves behind her beloved fur babies, Izzy and Susie. Memorial Donations may be made to the CT Human Society in Amy’s memory.
