Despite the miles that separate us we are thinking of you and wishing you comfort in this time of loss.. I look back and remember all the great times I had in Uncle Malcolm's company each Friday night when mom would drop me off at the gun shop.

Dear Clark Family: My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Malcolm. We will never get used to losing our loved ones in death because as it says at Ecclesiastes 3:11, we were created with everlasting life in view. But may you find comfort in knowing that Almighty God has promised that soon he will swallow up death forever along with the pain that it brings. (Isaiah 25:8) God has also promised that he will return Malcolm to you as it says at John 5:28,29. You can also learn more about what happens when a loved one dies at JW.org.
Sincerely,
Susan

Coping with the death of a loved one is never easy. When Lazarus died, Jesus “groaned in the spirit and became troubled,” and shortly afterward he “gave way to tears.” (John 11:33, 35) So, when someone we love dies, it does not show weakness to cry. God will wipe out every tear from our eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. (Revelation 21:4).May the God of love comfort the Clarke family and friends.

To Gayle and all the family, I am so sorry to learn of the death of Malcolm. I have so many memories from the early days in Cobalt. The football game on our front lawn which resulted in a scar on his lip forever and some wonderful times at "The Hut". I cherish these memories and wish I could have known him in his later years. My sincerest sympathy to you all. Love, Janet Franklin

Thanks, Janet; our memories of our younger years are similar--we had lots of good times (which some of today's youth are missing due to technology). Thank you for thinking of us.
