Joe was one of the most amazing and unique people I've ever met. We quickly became friends at The Hartford and had many adventures all over the country and beyond including Italy & Mexico.

I called him "my adventurous friend".

He could talk on any subject with knowledge and enthusiasm

I will never forget him

I miss my friend 🙏🏻

Joe would come into the library I work at and always brighten my day! He was remarkably kind and always had a good story to tell. He will be missed.

We are so sad to hear of Joe's passing. We will miss his visits to the library greatly. Joe was always cheerful and took time to chat with the staff and ask about our day or discuss new movies. He was the best kind of library patron and we will sorely miss his visits. - Richmond Library Staff

Dear Steve, Nancy and family, We are sending thoughts and prayers your way as you grieve the sudden loss of Joe. We do understand first hand how very difficult it is to lose a loved one so unexpectedly. As he rests in peace, may you find comfort in knowing others are with you in thought and prayer. Love, Tom and Pat
