I am so sorry to learn of my cousin Danny's passing. As children Danny, Patty and I played together often. Favorite times were in the sand pit building roads, playing in the old rusted truck parked in the yard, riding bikes up and down that long driveway and ice skating on Bowe's pond. My sincerest heartfelt condolences to the family.
With love,
Rhea

I have such fond memories of Dan from my childhood as my best friend, Patty's big brother. Patty tells me that he was the happiest she had seen him over these last few years. I hope you all find some peace knowing this. I can not imagine the heartbreak that everyone is feeling right now. Please know you are all in my prayers.

Every once in a while, you meet people who just seem to shine. You know they must have their "down" times, but you never see those. Rather, there's always a smile, a hearty, "Hello," and a sincere, "How you doing?" I knew Dan was one of those guys from the day I met him. This was a big part, though obviously not all, of why it was such a pleasure to work with Dan on Old Home Days. I'm going to genuinely miss him. I am so, so very sorry for your loss, Cap, and for that of the rest of your combined family. He lived in peace, and so will he rest.

Cap,
We will always remember the laughs and excellent times we had together with you and Dan. We both told him that Saturday and I hope he heard us. We are missing him terribly already. Thank you for letting us say good bye to him yesterday with you and your family. He was a big person in a normal body. You are so lucky to have had him in your life and were so lucky to have you both in ours. We are here to help you get through this difficult time.

Love, Pay & Gary
